KUNDALINI chandra bindu      YOGA

Monday eve's @ 8:00-9:30pm
at University of Virginia

Kundalini Yoga is a fun and unique form of yoga that can purify your body, energize your spirits, and really blow your mind! The yoga exercises combine asana (postures), pranayama (breath), mantra (chanting) and/or mudras (hand postures). The practice also include deep relaxation and meditation. The class is open to all levels of strength and flexibility as each student will be encouraged to work at their chosen level of intensity.

Take Kundalini Yoga at the University of Virginia, as a Short Course!

The classes are held Monday evenings from 8:00pm to 9:30pm. The location is O'Hill (Observatory Hill) on Alderman Road at McCormick, across from the AFC (Aquatic Fitness Center). The course consists of eight classes starting Monday, February 27th and runs through April 24th (No class Monday, March 6th due to Spring Break; May 1st if a makeup day is needed.)

The cost for this eight-class course is $60 for U.Va. students/$65 for community members. That's only $7.50/$8.13 per class!

To register for the course, please contact the University Program Council via their website at www.uvaupc.com or in person at Newcomb Hall's Ticket Office (Newcomb is behind the Emmett St. Parking Garage).

Students should bring their own yoga mat and wear clothing that allows for movement. You may also bring your own cotton blanket or towel and a water bottle. If you need to be provided with a mat, or for further information, please contact the instructor Elle at 434.293.7439 or elle@nirvana-yoga.com.
