Private Classes
hatha / kundalini / meditation / reiki
Enjoy private instruction in Hatha and Kundalini yoga and meditation — at your house or mine! Private classes address your personal needs and interests. Reiki is available as part of your private one-on-one yoga class. Also you can arrange a small group class to share costs of a private teacher. Privates generally range from $44-$66 per hour, depending on the length of the class and/or the number of students. Please e-mail Elle to discuss sliding scale possibilities, or with interesting trades. I love to barter!
Privates are ideal for:
- Beginners who desire an introduction to the world of Yoga
- Active yoga students wanting to develop a home practice or deepen their experience
- Kundalini yoginis who would like personal prescriptions for special needs or sadhana
- The Kundalini-curious!
- Those wishing to enhance their Yoga practice with spiritual studies, mantra, guided meditation, and other aspects of yoga beyond the sticky mat
